Shixin Natural Scent Studio - Branding & Application Design | WORKS

Shixin Natural Scent Studio focuses on exploring natural plant fragrances and their multifaceted interactions. Founder Poky interprets sensory time and space through natural aromas, often describing scents with natural imagery. She integrates diverse disciplines into her teaching and daily life, aiming for fragrance to inspire openness and gentleness. For the design, I aimed for a gentle, subtle, yet deeply impactful aesthetic. Scent, though invisible, possesses a dynamic quality of diffusion and lingering. My logo design features soft, outward-spreading concentric lines, reminiscent of ripples or tree rings—evoking natural elements. This, paired with a cleanly arranged brand name, creates an aesthetic akin to calligraphy, subtly reducing commercialism and reflecting the founder's gentle yet rational character. Deliverables included: Essential Oil Perfume Gift Box and Bag, Aroma Design & Fragrance Profile Package, Room & Fabric Aroma Mist Package, Fragrance-Time Relationship Brochure, and Namecard.
